Lori, a physical therapist, and her husband, Lee Wilbur, an ER physician founded the Divine Mercy Health Clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas in 2018 and launched their first mobile health clinic the following year. DVHC is a faith-inspired non-profit health system designed to help the most disadvantaged achieve their best health through our new clinic and the community-centered free medical missions in at-risk neighborhoods. In Fall 2024, they opened of their first clinic in order to provide affordable primary care and mental health services with addiction counseling to those most in need."
In addition to the new Little Rock clinic and mobile health clinics, the group offers services such as: cooking classes, male cancer screens, women's health, school physicals, exercise classes and food donations to name a few. The clinic is "faith based care for all" and seeks to "stop the cycle of poverty due to medical costs serving the communities where we live and work" The clinic relies on numerous volunteers, local supporters, fundraisers and donations.
