Parents, Alumni and Friends of Sacred Heart,                                                         

The Sacred Heart Booster Club warmly welcomes all parents as valued boosters for the 2025-2026 school year! We extend a heartfelt Thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time and talents to support our various activities throughout the pastyear.

The Booster Club is a group of parents and friends committed to supporting Sacred Heart’s student activities, athletes, and coaching staff. Our mission is to assist in providing essential resources- including uniforms and equipment- for junior high and high school athletic teams, as well as providing support to all co-curricular activities within the school.

To fund these efforts, we rely on several key initiatives:

• Tiered membership sales

• Ad sponsorships

• Concession stands

• Knights branded merchandise

To expand our support and increase involvement, we’ve added committees to the Booster club this year. We’re excited to welcome new members and take a more focused approach to fundraising and supporting our school community.

The following are committees we have formed for members to join:

• Advertising/ Fundraising Committee

• Policy Committee

We are pleased to share that in the past five years alone, the Booster Club has provided over $125,000 in assistance to the various programs at Sacred Heart. This support helps keep the overall cost of attending Sacred Heart Jr./Sr. High down, directly benefiting all students and families. Our main goal is to promote the growth and success of your child's extracurricular, co- curricular and athletic programs by providing human, material, and financial assistance wherever needed. We strive to provide opportunities that enrich the spirit, mind, and body of every student- beyond the regular school curriculum.  

How can you help?

• Attend Booster Club meetings (generally held the first Wednesday of each month

  @ 5:30 pm)

• Purchase a Tier membership

• Help make funding decisions, by attending meetings and casting your vote

• Volunteer for Booster club activities and fundraisers

• Advertise in our Activities program

• Be a proud Sacred Heart Knights fan- show up, cheer, and support our students!

A Note About Concessions

Concession stands are a major source of income for the Booster Club and a key part of our fundraising efforts. As a private school, we manage concessions ourselves to serve visiting schools and support our own Sacred Heart programs and families. Each athletic team is required to work two concession stands per year, but we need additional volunteers to cover all events. High school students may volunteer independently for concession stand shifts to earn service hours. Junior high students are also welcome to volunteer but must be accompanied by an adult.
