Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for the trust you place in our school by choosing Catholic education for your child. We are deeply grateful for your partnership as we work together to form students academically, spiritually, and morally.
We invite you to participate in the Catholic Identity Parent Survey, developed by Cognia. This survey provides families with an opportunity to reflect on how well our school lives out its Catholic mission through faith formation, prayer, service, community, and academic excellence.
Your feedback is important. Survey results are used locally to help our school celebrate strengths and identify areas for continued growth, and diocesan-wide to guide ongoing improvement across our Catholic schools. Bishop Vincke also values reviewing this data and appreciates hearing directly from our families as we continue strengthening Catholic education throughout the diocese.
Sacred Scripture reminds us of the shared responsibility of school and family in forming children in faith:
“Take to heart these words which I command you today. Keep repeating them to your children.”
— Deuteronomy 6:6–7
Thank you for taking a few moments to complete this survey and for the many ways you support our school each day. Your voice helps us remain faithful to our mission and responsive to the needs of our students and families. We look forward to sharing the data with our stakeholders in the coming weeks. The due date is March 6th.
Please find the survey link below, and know that we are grateful for your continued partnership and prayers.
Gratefully,
John Krajicek
