JH Cross country: With all the recent rain, please note that the Cross country runners will have to make changes with the running shoes. No spikes will be allowed to run in today, athletes must wear running shoes. Go Knights!

HS FB: JV game Monday will be held at KWU at 5pm. Blue jersey/Blue pants. All players meet in film room at 3:30, JV will walk over to KWU at 4:15. We will have food/drinks for JV players after school.
