Lunch - serving in SMGS Gym (Friday 11-12:30)
Bingo - SMGS Gym (11:15-1:15)
Setup of gyms - chairs and tables (Thursday 12-1:30)
Teardown of gyms - chairs and tables (Friday afternoon from 1:30-2:30)
Tailgate stations, food serving (Friday 4:30-6:30)
Concessions stand at KWU (Friday evening)

HS/JH Cross Country: Sacred Heart will be picking up a meet in Republic County. The date is this Thursday 9/25. It will be ran at Belleville Country Club. 4:00 JH Boys/Girls (2 miles) 4:25 Varsity Girls and JV Girls followed by 5:00 Varsity Boys and JV Boys

JHFB: with the junior high football game tonight in Beloit, they are asking that our fans enter the main gate on the north east side of the field, and walk across the track on the east side of the stadium. They have a carpet rolled out, crossing the track that we can walk over since it is a new track.
JHFB&JHVB- There is some road construction in the city of Beloit. To avoid it, as you are coming into town turn west at Casey's and go all the way to Hersey. Then turn North on Hersey and stay on it until you arrive at the school.
